A new study by the Ohio Restaurant Association (ORA) and the Cleveland Research Company tracks the foodservice industry in the Buckeye State. The results reflect the input of almost $1 billion in sales for Ohio restaurants.
Revisions to the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code took effect on March 1, 2016, but restaurants were given a year to comply. The time to implement the code changes is almost here. Some of the changes were minor revisions to definitions and other non-substantive revisions.
