IGS Energy offers specialized group purchasing rates to ORA members for their natural gas.

Founded in 1989, based in Dublin, OH, IGS Energy is America’s largest independent retail supplier of natural gas.

How it works:

Natural gas deregulation means that you can purchase your natural gas from a supplier like IGS, for your current utility to deliver to your home or business. You will see IGS Energy on your natural gas bill, but you will still receive your bill from your current utility. IGS Energy simply supplies your utility with your natural gas.

  • IGS Energy gives ORA members “Customized Pricing” that will help them take advantage of their favorable “load profile”(consumption profile), where they use natural gas in the summer (when gas is cheap) as well as the winter.
  • Some ORA members may realize a tax benefit savings if they can claim exemption on their natural gas costs by signing up with IGS Energy.
