So, why are we doing this? Complicated laws are often difficult to navigate for business owners. Restaurants are subject to a wide swath of regulations at the local, state and federal levels and our Legal Center helps members address legal vulnerability.
The three firms in our Legal Center will soon begin offering articles and other forms of communication addressing industry-specific topics. Watch for webinars, podcasts and other informative materials, all available to you on our website.

We’ll continue to provide classroom-style events with top attorneys who are subject matter experts, consistently providing relevant content to ORA members. In the past two years, our “Town Halls” have addressed the federal overtime rule, new state liquor law changes and ramifications of the tax code. We also featured the chairs of the Ohio Democrat and Republican parties and leaders from economic development firms in Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus.
