Kathleen Chugh joined the Bravo Brio Restaurant Group (BBRG) in Columbus in 2007, and has overseen the daily operations and improvement of BBRG's information technology. She has focused the Information Technology strategy on automation of business processes with the implementation of systems for both the restaurant operations and corporate teams.
BBRG restaurant security and implementing Payment Card Industry (PCI) controls has been a key strategic component that she directed. She also lead the focus on Sarbanes Oxley implementation of controls when BBRG went from a private company to a public entity.
She has more than 26 years of experience in IT, with focus the last 16 years in the restaurant/retail industry. Her background includes Senior Director at Wendy's International and as a Technical Director Team Manager at Electronic Data Systems.
Kathleen holds a B.S. in Business and Graphic Design from State University of New York College at Buffalo.

Sheila Trautner, President of Taste Hospitality Group in Columbus, has moved into the leadership role of ORA Board Secretary.
Trautner is owner & CEO of Mezzo Dublin, Hubbard Grille, Wine on High, Creekside Conference & Event Center and Taste Catering. She is a graduate of Emory University.
ORA recently announced Jamie Richardson of White Castle is the new board Chairman. Sam Lindsley, of Michael Symon Restaurants, assumed the role of Vice Chairman, while 2014-2016 Chairman Roy Getz, of Bob Evans Farms, Inc., now serves as the association's Immediate Past Chairman. Mike Haunert of Sysco Cincinnati remains Treasurer.
