Kirk, a CPA, has more than 16 years of experience as a key member of management teams in private equity and light manufacturing companies. Serving in different positions as a controller, he has experience in financial accounting and reporting, treasury and cash flow management, business process design and internal controls, integration of systems resulting from merger and acquisition activity, benefits and retirement plan administration.
During his tenure in public accounting, Steve's non-profit experience included audits of the Ohio United Way and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Columbus. He was also on the board of directors of the National Kidney Foundation of Ohio.
