Most restaurants across the state are dealing with capacity issues due to social distancing requirements, lower sales, higher costs – especially for PPE, financial losses, talent pool issues and political hurdles.
And, here comes winter.
Given these issues, the ORA wants to help by encouraging you to dine out or carry out to help out all across Ohio!

#DINESAFEACROSSOHIO is a part of the ORA’s goal to support & recognize those who make our dining experiences memorable, enjoyable and safe: our owners/operators, bartenders, servers, hosts, chefs, cooks, bussers and dishwashers. These are the people that are the backbone of our entire industry.
That’s why the ORA is also promoting the Ohio Restaurant Employee Relief Fund during this week.
The Ohio Restaurant Association and its Education Foundation established the Relief Fund to provide emergency funding for restaurant, foodservice and hospitality personnel who have lost their job or been adversely impacted due to COVID-19. Now is the time to support those who have supported us and the communities we call home.
